HOW TO ORDER
ONLINE
When you find an item you want; simply add it to your shopping cart. To view items in your cart, press the view shopping cart icon/button. From this screen you can change quantity or delete items from your cart. Once you have the items you want in your cart, press checkout button. Please fill in all the mandatory areas on the screen. MAIL ORDERS
We will accept money orders and personal checks (10 day waiting period) via mail. Mail your orders to:

Make sure you include a shipping address and a phone number. Keep in mind that orders paid with personal checks may take up to two weeks to process. Money orders are faster. All payments must be in U.S. funds.

Most orders are packed same or next day. We strive to have all items shown in our store in stock. Should any item be out of stock we will contact you either via email or phone to let you determine what you want to do.
We ship via UPS Ground unless otherwise noted in your order details. If you want to order by mail, please call for a quote if you need express shipping.

HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE AN ITEM
Please call 501.376.0446 before you return your product. Once a return has been authorized, please return the product to us with a note describing the problem along with a check/money order for $6.95 for return shipping and we will repair or replace the product at our discretion. Our address is:

A few times a year we may send an email notifying you of any important changes. Traditionally we mail out a holiday message notifying you of our holiday schedule.
